Will a 50-70 lbs weight loss affect a belly on piercing?

If she is younger and not that overweight I would think he is right and it shouldn't be a problem. At 5"11 and 205 I can't imagine she looks THAT big. My friend is an inch taller and weights 230, she is in a 14 and looks like she is in a 10. But I understand the healthy weight thing...I think she would be fine.
