ACL Reconstruction and Enlistment?

In Aug of 2004 I had ACL reconstruction and my medial meniscus repaired. When the ligament was put in the used bio-absorable screws. Irehabbedd with no complications and am restriction free. I am attempting to enlist in the US Navy. I went to the recruiter and gave him the statement from the surgery and a note from my physical therapist stating that I was ok to go. He faxed it up to MEPS who said that they now need a release od care and a pre-op diagnosis from myorthopediccsurgeonn and all of the paperwork from my physical therapist. After I get all of this information, what do you think are my chances of being able to enlist in the Navy?
