My98 gmc jimmy sle 4x4 has a appx. 10 degree alignment difference on the right side wheel?

6 months ago I replaced the front tires. the left side tire shows inside wear, right side shows outside wear. During left turn I hear a clunking sound at the end of the turn. At highway speeds it shimmies.Past maintainance on the vehicle has been poor(none). Apon inspection the pitman arm and steering rods appear to have excessive play (over extended). Apon jacking the front end up and shaking the wheels it appears the wheel bearring/ spindle are sloppy. The ball joints are dry. All grease fittings are dry. Where should I begin?
