This seagull has beef with me?

I think you are pretty talented to able to tell the difference between seagulls. they all look alike to me. The bird might be nesting nearby and just being protective of its territory. Wear a hat. Grow muscles. And don't be worried that the seagull is bullying you. Most seagulls get used to being fed by humans on a regular basis. Maybe this one is just looking for a feed. Once you feed one, you usually get many.
