My girlfriend has a close guy friend thats like a brother to her...?

They sneak out more than once a week to smoke hooka.....sometimes she dont tell me this, but today she has told me she snook out with him and she told "hopefully your not mad"..... ofc im going to be mad. she even told me hes like a brother to her, i respect that... what do i do??!
