Should I get the 2010 MacBook Pro 13" now or should i wait for the next upgrade ?

I also want to know when is the 2011 upgrade coming out ? n what will be the difference (2010 Macbook pro 13'' vs. 2011 MacBook Pro 13'' ?? (I would buy the MBP 15'' but it's too expensive and it's HUGE !!
