What city/ state am I talking about?

They're famous for Bojangles, near the birthplace of Pepsi, baseball's a really big sport, this state has 100 counties, they have the prettiest beaches in the U.S, Mia Hamm went to colledge near there, so did Michael Jordan. Kellie Pickler was born there. John Edwards was from there. Pretty much everyone from there LOVES sweet tea. Oh, and Hurricane Hanna's just about to hit near there. Pretty easy right? ( I just egt really bored sometimes)
