Should David Stern be relieved of his Commissioner duties?

This man has done nothing good for the NBA. He has fixed games, drafts, and allowed illegal trades. He has ruined basketball. He turned basketball from a physical game to a finesse game where players get called for a foul when they make any sort of attempt to become physical. His preposterous fines and suspensions have killed any possibility of there ever being rivalry worth watching. The last real rivalry I remember was the Kings-Lakers because those two teams really disliked each other. No other Commissioner draws has drawn as much criticism as David Stern. There is no problem in the NFL, MLB, or NHL just the NBA.
