SEM - Want to track AdWords conversions on Affiliate Site/CJ - How can I do this?

I am running a couple campaigns on Commission Junction and want to track what keywords lead to conversions. I know Adwords provides a code/pixel but CJ says they're unable to place/piggyback it. Is this the case? If it is are there any other ways that I can track what keywords are converting? Is there somewhat I can use a dynamic parameter in the Sub ID field CJ provides?
