R&P, if you were in a band and this happened, Waht would you do?

I think for a while I would go on without the instrument. Or get someone temporary. It's hard because if it was a vocalist then I would just be like Hawthorn Heights and not replace the dead member. I think it's a way of showing respect for that member....
