How should I cook these pork chops tonight?

I only grill pork chops, but if you don't have a grill saute will be good too. Chop up the onions and caramelize them (cook on low for a really long time until they are browned, not translucent). Remove onions and add chops, after the chops are done de-glaze the pan with a little of your marsala wine. If you have garlic, in and chili powder you are good to go just rubbing it with salt and pepper into the pork chop a few hours before grilling (or sauteing). Hope this helps you!
